Z.P.U.H POLDAR has been specializing in the production of coated fried onions for over 20 years. Our offer is aimed at both individual customers as well as companies from the catering and hotel industries.

Today, we are proud to see that our fried onion is valued as a crunchy and delicious addition for dishes and snacks. We are also proud that we have come to come to this point with hard work, because at the very beginning of our activity, i.e. in 2000, the demand for our products was not particularly high, which was also reflected in our low production efficiency. Our commitment, experience and shift in trends paid off, and Z.P.U.H POLDAR became one of the leaders in the industry.

HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT DATES FOR US:

2000

The owner of Z.P.U.H POLDAR bought the first industrial machine and we started the production of coated fried onions.

2012

We have introduced the ISO22000:2005 system.

2012

We have implemented the BRC standard.

2019-2021

We decided to modernize our production lines and increase the production efficiency. As a result, we were able to increase production and at the same time guarantee even higher quality of our products.
